In the event of any claim on account of any loss, damage or short supply or of any other nature, such liability would be limited only to the actual value of such merchandise shipped and claimed to be lost or damaged. No other head of claim of any nature would be entertained. We would take steps to liaise with the courier or India post to ascertain the facts and the time taken for such enquiry on the side of India post or courier shall not be construed to be delay on our part.

After the completion of the enquiry under a complaint and in case of any fault proven on our end, the liability would be limited to the value of the merchandiser lost or damage, which would be replaced only by similar goods of similar value through authorized courier service or India Post. No other claim for cash compensation, refund or liquidated damages would lie against us.
